We provide a different experience & provide most things so you can pack less. Community has fishing spots, boat ramp, playground, private beaches, volleyball & basketball court. The space *AMENITES GALORE HERE* as an owner I decided I wanted a home where you could enjoy your vacation more and bring & buy less while staying in a well maintained home. We are constantly adding amenities & making improvements for our guests including offering 5 adult bikes, beach & pool accessories, hammocks, beach towels, linens included, fully stocked kitchen including spices & seasonings, bathroom necessities, all the house needs- trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, creamers, sugars & much more Guest access Parking is a dream here! No seriously. You can not park on the street here in the Outer Banks and our home has loads of parking. Due to us being on a corner lot we have tons of yard for parking, large driveway and a covered carport. **ASK WHERE YOU CAN PARK AS OUR SEPTIC TANK IS IN THE FRONT YARD AS WELL. You will love the neighborhood- Old Nags Head Cove has a lot of community amenities including 2 private beaches on the soundside (perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and enjoying the water without waves), boat ramp, playground, pickleball court, basketball court, volleyball court, several fishing spots/fishing piers, wider roads that lend themselves for bike riding or walking. It is a 5 minute walk to the ocean or a quick drive where there is public beach parking (literally less than 1 minute drive). Other things to note Our home provides tons of parking (super important as you can not park on the road anywhere in the Outer Banks), deck access to enjoy those breezes off every bedroom. The extras were thought of (and then some) so you can just pack your clothes and come to the beach! We hate those old worn out beach houses that smell like mold and have old everything- we ensure our home is clean, no mold smell here and redecorated including new linens. Home is conveniently located where the S. Croatan Hwy narrows so even though you are on the sound side it's less than a 1/4 mile to the ocean where there is a beach access(less than 1 minute car ride and a 5 minute walk). Because the beach access is almost straight across it's faster to get to the beach then many homes that are on the ocean side (Which is why we chose this home it was a faster and more direct walk to the beach then many other homes we found). We are right at milepost 13.5 and a short bike ride to my favorites- Jockeys Ridge, Mulligans Restaurant, Blue Moon, Kitty Hawk Kites, great shopping and so much more. The home is located in a neighborhood- Old Nags Head Cove. The community offers 2 private beach accesses on the sound side, boat ramp, playground, pickleball, basketball & volleyball court, connecting roads that lend themselves to walking & bike riding, and several fishing spots. Home offers deck access from every bedroom, the laundry room, the dining room and the family room. You have views of the ocean from master bedroom and deck off dining room - and feel the ocean breeze from every deck. 1st floor offers a game room with bar, and bedroom with full bath. 2nd floor offers a large laundry room and 3 bedrooms. 3rd floor offers an open dining, kitchen and family room and master bedroom with jetted tub. The property offers a large fenced backyard, gated hot tub and inground saltwater pool (heat can be turned on for additional fee). We want you to feel like you are on vacation here (or what it should feel like) so we are constantly looking at ways to improve our guests experience by adding features that allow you to reduce what you pack or buy while you are here (and have added a ton since we took pictures)- just some of theses extras are: *Spa robes in bedrooms #3,#4 & #5 *fluffy towels, linens, comfortable beds with gel mattress toppers *bathroom amenities (blow-dryer, quality products- conditioner, shampoo, and body wash for every full bathroom), toilet paper & hand soap *fully stocked kitchen (with spices, coffee, non perishable creamers, sweeteners, teas, etc), trash bags, paper towels *deck and porch furniture, 4 hammocks *5 adult bikes *firepit, corn hole boards, horse shoes, outdoor connect four, beach & pool accessories and more. We hope you enjoy our peaceful oasis! *We do not accept reservations with more than 10 adults (we consider 18 years old & up an adult). But gladly accept a max of 14 people including children. *The home, pool & hot tub is cleaned & sanitized after every stay at our home. *Person booking reservation must be 25 years or older *Home is within a community and we ask that you honor our quiet hours which are from 11pm-8am *Reservations require a signed lease & copies of id's for all adults staying in the home within 24 hours of booking *Saturday/Sunday traffic is crazy at the beach during the summer & we have realized it's hard to ensure that things will get fixed & cleaned properly with a Saturday/Sunday check in/check out. Because of this we don't accept check in/check outs on Saturday/Sunday between May-August or holiday weekends.
