You will have a king bedroom with a large walk in closet, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy cooking and entertaining with ease in the large dining room, comfy living room & deck. Have fun outdoors -firepit, rocking chair front porch, land to run/play with the kids & fur babies! Just 20 min to downtown, 5 min drive to shops, gas & groceries! Come getaway on Hanks Farm! Events are limited to up to 40 people. The events must be approved and an event fee will be charged. Types of events approved are small events such as graduation parties, birthday parties ( children birthday parties are discretionary ) retirement parties, work meeting/ retreats, reveal parties, baby showers, & bridal showers! ****We have tents, chairs, and tables, coolers, and trash cans that can be added on for a small rental fee for set up and breakdown.
