Have fun outdoors -firepit, rocking chair front porch, land to run/play with the kids & fur babies! Just 20 min to downtown Raleigh, 20 min to RDU & Durham, 5 min drive to shops, gas & groceries! Come getaway on Hanks Farm! The space The property is a beautiful mix of a quaint old farm, with charm and cute out buildings with wonderful new amenities such as updated bathrooms, and stainless steel countertops in the kitchen. Perfect for entertaining, with a large dining area off of the kitchen and living room, perfect for visiting with family and friends and a great place to have small events outside in the back yard area. Enjoy a king size bed in the master bedroom with a large walk in closet and huge walk-in shower with two showerheads, and double sinks. Enjoy the secondary bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed along with private bath with a charming tub and shower and tin ceilings! With everything on the main floor it’s very easy to enjoy everyone’s company all together. The rocking chair front porch is wonderful for relaxing and watching the days go by, and the back deck is great for outside eating and entertaining. Enjoy the nature and the birds in the huge one and a half acre property. There are several outbuildings on the property that really take you back to what life used to be. Bring your fur babies as this home is very pet friendly.( multiple pets are welcomed !) And please add your fur babies to the reservation to add the pet fee of $150:) Events are limited to up to 40 people. The events must be approved and an event fee will be charged. Types of events approved are small events such as graduation parties, birthday parties ( children birthday parties are discretionary ) retirement parties, baby showers, & bridal showers! ****We have tents, chairs, and tables, coolers, and trash cans that can be added on for a small rental fee for set up and breakdown. Event fee will be as follows: 2 night minimum stay required on weekends with approved event fee : 6 to 10 people $250 event fee 11-20 people $500 event fee 21-30 people $750 event fee 31-40 people $1000 event fee **Hourly rate *** may be available depending on schedule. Designed and renovated by Stacy Morgan Designs Guest access Guest have full access to the first floor of the home and all of the outside porches decks and yard:) Other things to note Events are allowed with approval and event fee . ***Pet fee will be added when you choose your pets as guests :) $150 pet fee up to 2 pets:) Please put the trash out by the driveway in the bin upon leaving. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to leaving. And please put towels that have been used into the laundry area / or bathrooms. Please leave beds the way that they are we can take care of the linens for you. Baby gates and dog dishes available to use
