Casa Consulado is a contemporary villa built in the colonial style just a few blocks from the center of Granada. The home has all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home. The views from the third floor are absolutely amazing. The space Casa Consulado is a newly constructed home in one of Granada’s older established neighborhoods. Only 1.5 blocks from the Central park, this home is in a truly great location. Although built in the typical colonial style,there is nothing typical about Casa Consulado. From the moment you enter the door, you will be aware of all the special touches throughout this home such as the hand cut stone floors, the antique vessel fountain, the custom built wood furnishings and more. Upon entering Casa Consulado, you will find a large living area just to the right of the corridor with comfortable seating and a 40” flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The entry hall leads to the main part of the house which is open to the outdoors. There is a comfortable seating area, a large dining area as well as the garden, fountain and pool. The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining or just preparing a quick snack. It is fully equipped with everything you might need and more. If you would like, we can also arrange for a cook to prepare your meals. Just off the pool, you will find two bedrooms with a connecting bath. The bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans and air conditioning. At the far end of the pool you will find two master suites, one on the lower level and the other on the second level. Both have king beds, full baths, ceiling fans, air conditioning and flat screen TVs. On the third level as you climb the “tower”, you will find a rooftop patio with breathtaking views in every direction: Mombacho Volcano, the Cathedral, Merced Church and Xalteva Church. This is the ideal place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a late afternoon cocktail. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There is a separate apartment attached to the home which is also available to rent for an additional $100 per night. Please inquire. Other things to note Isabel, the housekeeper in Casa Consulado works daily to keep the house in order. We also have pool service three time per week and gardening service.
