-A nice single family house for a whole family, couples, senior people, remote workers, business travelers, etc. -It is very beautifully decorated with lots of decors, especially Japanese style. -A very nice walking trail is right behind it allowing you to easily walk to the Wisconsin River with a scenic view! -A gas station (it is also a grocery store) is only 0.3 miles away. You can walk there in 6 minutes. -The Wisconsin Rapids Municipal Zoo is only 0.4 miles away. Again, an easy walk. The space -We have TWO full bathrooms! -There is beautifully paved asphalt trail right behind my house. You can pleasantly walk or ride a bike to the Wisconsin River within several minutes. -We have Central Air Conditioning in the house. It works very well! You will feel cool down easily and quickly! It helps you feel comfortable during the summer! -Feel free to use two living room (one at 1st floor, and the other living room is at the basement) to enjoy the relax feeling. The laundry room and clothes iron is downstairs. -Super comfortable beds for the whole family with fresh cotton linens – 3 queen beds, and two twin beds (we recently added those two new twin beds with excellent mattresses), sleeps 8 people in total. -A fully equipped kitchen: pots and pans, knives, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, wine glasses, beer weizens, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee and tea! -A huge 75’ TV in the main floor living rooms with YoutubeTv and Spectrum subscription! Another TV is in the basement living room also with YoutubeTv and Spectrum subscription! -Fast and stable Wi-Fi, perfect for remote workers! -There are multiple cars parking spaces available! It is very easy to park on my driveway or garage. -Free storage space in the garage for your bikes, etc. Guest access You can access the whole ground-floor and the basement. You can also enjoy the yard (it has lots flowers in the summer time). Other things to note 1. We do not accept cats. If you have other types of pets, please communicate with me first. Pet fee will apply. • Pets are not allowed to stay/sleep on any bedrooms’ beds. • Please take care of your pets’ waste disposal. • Avoid waste from pets in the yard. • Please lock the pet gate so the pets do not go downstairs. 3.
