Hermosa getaway/Private Pool

Modern house close to the beach! Great for friends & family, designed for privacy, right around the corner from the beach at Playa Hermosa. Our gated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with pool and amenities sleeps up to 7 in beds. 1 hour 15 mins from San Jose International Airport (SJO), 2 min drive to the beach in Playa Hermosa and 6 min drive from downtown Jaco. The space The house is fully equipped, with paintings from local artists, 2 flat screen TV's, high-speed internet, fenced in yard with parking for 2 cars, pool, BBQ grill and more. There are 3 air conditioners, one in each bedroom, with a portable cooler in the living room that can be used in the kitchen or even on the back porch when it is very hot. The Living Room contains 1 couch that converts to a full size bed and a smaller couch with a 40' Smart TV. Also in the living room is a Duracell large battery backup for those times when the Costa Rica power goes out! We also have a box of toys and games for adults and kids of all ages. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and feed up to 8 people and 4 kids. Bedroom 1 - The Master has a queen size bed, 32 inch Smart TV, Air Conditioner and a private entrance to the backyard/pool area with a Bathroom that is also accessible by the common areas. Bedroom 2 - Has a Queen size bed, Air conditioner and shares a full bathroom with bedroom 3 Bedroom 3 - Has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a single on the top, Air conditioner and shares a full bathroom with bedroom 2 The outside has a great common area surrounding the pool. At night outside wonderful! The macaws, monkeys and iguanas visit the property each day. It is not uncommon to be woken in the morning by the macaws having breakfast in the almond and mango trees that line the property! Guest access The guest will have access to the whole house. Other things to note PLEASE do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. We have a Costa Rica Septic System.. not like town, only toilet paper will go down. PLEASE DO NOT leave A/C on when leaving the house. Costa Rica’s electricity is triple than what you’re accustomed to in different countries and if left on the bill get really high! We need to prevent this and must charge for unnecessary use.*** Pets We allow pets in certain circumstances. There is a small nightly fee per pet. This is to ensure the house is well maintained for future guests. Just ask us :).
