Entertaining is one of my passions and watching people feel comfortable in my homes. “The Kruse House” started out with meeting the homeowner to sell her home. She and her husband purchased the home December 15th, 1955 and she lived there till the age of 93. She now resides in Minnesota. They raised four girls in this home. Both she and her husband were cyclists many, many years ago. This is something we found we had in common as she filled out her property disclosure. Instead of selling this home I decided to purchase the home. How many people in this day and age live in a home for 67 years?!!! Mrs. Kruse home was very well kept and clean. Lots of love grew in the home. Photos of the Kruse family are displayed in the home. Once I took possession, the kitchen and bath were gutted. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, new appliances, and all new dishes. The bathroom got new plumbing and all updated. All original hardwood floors were refinished. The basement was built out for a family room. The basement has a comfortable pull-out sofa sleeper but also has plenty of room for an air mattress, if needed. The kitchen has a small cafe pub table and the full table with 6 chairs is in the lower level. Electric fireplaces are available for your use on the main floor living room and the basement. The backyard has a flower garden area on the way to a detached double garage. You enter through the alley way to park in the garage. There is also a concrete parking pad on the north side of the garage. The front and side doors have outside security cameras for your safety. Both sides of the garage have motion lights. Features: All furniture is new and upscale. Appliances are all new and quality brand name. Bedrooms have good quality mattresses for your comfort. Pillows vary per bedroom. Please feel free to switch the one that is most comfortable for you. The kitchen has a gas stove for the cooking enthusiasts. In the lower level is an extra refrigerator. Washer and dryer are also available for use in the lower level. Internet is available for your convenience.
