Just a short walk to bus stops if attending a concert at the stadium. Our studio has everything you need for a couple's getaway. Relax & enjoy the view over the rooftops & out to the ocean. Paruru is perfect for your time in Dunedin .If in doubt, please read some of our reviews, they speak for themselves! The space This studio room has a queen-sized bed and a comfy sofa. A smart TV has all the apps, TVNZ on demand is ready to go and you can cast from your own device through Chrome Cast. There is a small , basic kitchen that has a ceramic hob. It has a luxurious bathroom with a spacious shower and underfloor heating. Space to unpack with a large wardrobe and vanity in the bathroom. The studio is kept cosy in the winter and cool in the summer with a heat pump. Morning sun streams through the big windows. Stunning vistas across Dunedin and out to the ocean. Guest access This private studio is separate from our house and above our garage. There are steps to the studio. It is located on a quiet street and there is ample street parking.
