1a Park Suite #1 - 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment

This is the upper apartment in a quaint cottage like duplex. The unit has a large master bedroom with king bed, one smaller bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom, living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Built in 1950 this apartment boasts beautiful antique doors and woodwork throughout. Newer appliances to prepare your meals. Easy access to the interstate. Beautiful Bunning Park, local restaurants and shopping are within a short walk. There is also a shared laundry area downstairs. The space This duplex was built in 1950 and features some beautiful woodwork, antique lighting, along with built in storage and curios. The kitchen has been completely updated with newer appliances, cupboards and countertop. We have tried to maintain the character of the apartment using mostly classical furnishings and decor. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment and small yard. The yard is not fully fenced. There is a shared laundry room downstairs from the kitchen door. We launder them regularly. (For longer stays, we request that you be gentle with the earth’s resources and use towels more than once and change bed linens once a week.) - A laundry facility is available for your convenience (depending on your unit, this may be a coin-operated washer and dryer.) The laundry facility is located on the ground floor, exit through the kitchen door, down the stairs and the door is directly in front of the staircase to the right. There is a key located in the kitchen draw closest to the door. THIS IS A SHARED SPACE. Our cleaners, other guests, or ourselves may be in this area. Please keep the door to the laundry area locked when not in use, for your safety. - Kindly do not wear your shoes inside the home. There are shoe trays just inside the entrance for your convenience. - Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9:00 PM and be respectful of other guests and tenants. - No smoking inside the home or within 20 feet of a door. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - Please wash your dishes and place them in the drying rack. - This unit offers street parking only, generally directly in front of the unit, if available. - We provide a wide variety of snacks, oatmeal, water, coffee, and teas. However, occasionally other consumables such as condiments, canned foods, etc. are also left behind by prior guests. We try our very best to ensure these items are not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables left by other guests. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - Pet Policy: MUST BE ADD TO THE RESERVATION. We do allow pets in some units. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture, and they cannot be left alone in the apartment unless they are kenneled and do not cause any disturbance. All messes, food, excessive hair, and waste must be cleaned up by the guest. Kind of like the "leave no trace" policy. If these are not followed there may be additional cleaning or damage fees. Lastly, please be mindful of the other guests if your dog is a barker. - If this is acceptable with you, we would be happy to host you and your furry friends. - If you would like to host an event (i.e., wedding, graduation, or other gathering), please speak with us about it first. If guests are found to have had a party without prior permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be contacted, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
