The space Calm De Vue Taal is a newly-renovated condo with a modern meets classic design that is aesthetically pleasing. Our goal is to create a functional, light, and serene space while maintaining a timeless feeling. Relax in the bedroom with its Queen-size bed and hotel-quality mattress and linens. Get ready for your events with our aesthetic and well-lit dresser area. Stay cozy in the living space and enjoy the Full HD Smart Television with Netflix, Disney Plus, and Youtube. The condo has a split-type aircon unit while ceiling fans are also installed if you prefer to enjoy the chilly Tagaytay weather. The living sofa converts into a nap-worthy bed. The kitchen has a coffee nook and you can use the microwave or induction stove to REheat your meals. Utensils, dishes, basic cutlery, rice cooker, and an electric kettle are also available. The double-door fridge has room for your food and drinks. The bathroom includes a walk-in rainshower with a dual shower head and heater. Guests are provided with towels, soap, and shampoo. Calm De Vue Taal is located at Tower 3 at SMDC Wind Residences, Tagaytay City. Guest access Calm De Vue's own indoor parking slot is located in the same tower and conveniently located right beside the entrance to the building. Guests can access the club house amenities of SMDC Wind Residences with the following fees: * Swimming pool - Outdoor and Indoor Heated open from 8am to 10pm. Rate is P150/person/day during regular days, and Php300/person/day on holidays. Kindly inform the guest coordinator onsite ahead of time if you will use the pool so she can assist you. * Free of use: Indoor Activities (Table Tennis, Billiards, Darts), Playground, Jogging Path * Lawn tennis - Php 50/person * Badminton - Free from 9am to pm. Php 200/hour/court after 6pm. Bring your own racket. * Basketball court - Free. Bring your own ball. Other things to note Upon booking, please message the COMPLETE NAMES of all the guests and CONTACT NUMBER. This is required by the Building Administration for registration upon check-in. Please bring your Valid IDs and your vaccination cards. The place is equipped with its own Wi-Fi connection. However, the signal may be occasionally affected by the weather.
