The space Fenton Cottage is a period cottage, renovated to retain its perfect-imperfections. Fenton Cottage takes its name from Michael Fenton, a native of Wicklow, Ireland, who purchased numerous allotments – including this one – in Warrnambool, in the late 1840’s. With three bedrooms, bathroom with oversized shower, cozy lounge, and fully equipped kitchen. Off street parking and outdoor cottage garden. Newly renovated, with features updated, to retain the cottage charm. Polished hardwood floors, high, ornamental ceilings and magnolia fenced garden. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire cottage, including three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and dining area, large bathroom and, alfresco and garden. One car space is available at the entrance to the cottage. Shared driveway. Other things to note A basket of breakfast bits, from the region’s finest producers, will be ready for guests on arrival. We are also able to organise boozy bits or occasion bits, if notice provided and time permits.
