Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Comfortable, convenient and close to SDSU. Enjoy plenty of off-street parking, wi-fi, deck off of the back and cozy sunroom at the front! There are lots of windows for natural light. There are blinds/coverings for all so you can close them for added privacy and comfort. There are lots of pillows and extra blankets and sheets in each room. Cozy, warm, comfortable - how you want 'home' to feel! You can access the entire home. The detached garage is not available for guest use at this time. However, you can park behind and next to the garage if you need additional parking spaces off of the street. I am happy to offer any recommendations--guests are free to reach out to me to ask about area activities, dining suggestions, or other items. Approximately 2 blocks west of the South Dakota State University campus! I-29 Exit 132, head west on 6th Street/Hwy 14, turn north at Medary Avenue, turn west at 11th Street, turn south at 8th Avenue. 1043 is the second home on the west side of the street. Driveway located on north side of home or additional parking using alley access. To get to alley, instead of turning south onto 8th Avenue, continue west on 11th Street to middle of block and turn south into alley. Two stall garage is directly behind the home--parking only available outside garage or you can park next to garage (on south side) depending on weather/time of year.
