We took our historic home and modernized it with all of the amenities including central AC, large walk-in shower in Master and new windows throughout, etc. Walk a few blocks and shop for dinner ingredients at the local whole-foods. One of the best/well-kept parks in Denver, "Cheesman Park," is just a few blocks away. The space Welcome to our luxurious 4-bedroom home in the Cheesman Park neighborhood, where historic charm meets modern sophistication. Our 1901 home features cutting-edge upgrades while retaining its original character, highlighted by stunning exposed brick throughout. As you enter the house from the backyard, you'll find a large deck equipped with a six-chair outdoor table, a ski-chair swing, and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying days or evenings with your family in the spacious backyard. Entering the main floor from the back, you'll discover a chef's kitchen complete with everything needed to prepare a family feast. The open-concept dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, features a large central island ideal for food prep and serving. Family and friends can gather around the island on bar stools or sit at the nearby round table that seats eight, fostering a warm, social atmosphere. Ascend the meticulously preserved, wood-carved staircase to the second floor, where you'll find an opulent master bathroom. This spa-like retreat includes a large walk-in shower with a bench, a 20x20 waterfall showerhead with body jets, heated floors, and a brand-new smart washer/dryer set. Adjacent to the master bathroom is a home gym complete with free weights, a leg curl machine, a bench press, Bowflex adjustable weights, and a stationary exercise bike. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, along with two additional bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds. Upstairs on the third floor, you’ll find a spacious attic bedroom with a queen-size bed and a cozy bathroom featuring a clawfoot soaking tub, perfect for a spa-like retreat. For your convenience, we provide a mountain spring water cooler/dispenser in the kitchen, perfect for keeping your reusable water bottles filled and staying hydrated during your Denver adventure. The bathrooms are newly remodeled with highly-luxurious finishes, with the master having a large/modern walk-in shower with extra-large waterfall shower-head and 6-water jets coming from the wall for a spa-like bathing experience. In the top-floor bathroom, there is a large soaker-tub with all of the modern touches/amenities. Other things to note The historic mansion is within a 15-minute walk of downtown Denver and just 2 blocks from the historic Cheesman Park and Denver Botanic Gardens. Steps away are a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. * There is a basement apartment that is also an airbnb rental. If your group needs additional space (1-added bedroom) and want the entire property to yourselves, this unit can be added to your stay for an additional fee, if it's available during your targeted visit.
