The space Our villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms with air-conditioning designed for both comfort and relaxation. The highlight is a private swimming pool, perfect for family and friends to unwind. Guests can enjoy a large living area and dining space. Surrounded by greenery, the property combines modern amenities with a peaceful natural setting, making it ideal for both short getaways and longer stays. Please note: • Pets are not allowed • Men-only groups are not permitted • Kitchen access is not available Guest access Guests will have full access to all 3 bedrooms, living area, dining space, swimming pool, and outdoor common areas. The kitchen is not accessible. Parking is available Other things to note We want all our guests to enjoy a safe, peaceful, and memorable stay. Please keep in mind: • Kitchen access is not available. • Pets are not permitted. • Male-only groups are not allowed – families & mixed groups are welcome. • Pool is open until 11:00 PM; children must always be supervised. • Quiet hours after 11:00 PM – no loud music, parties, or disturbances. • Smoking & drinking allowed only in designated outdoor areas (not inside the villa). • Illegal substances strictly prohibited – violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund. • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property/furniture.
