This 3 storey beachfront villa, has nothing but sand between you and the water. Breathtaking views. The open plan lounge has an indoor braai and huge dining table for the whole family, it’s connected to the kitchen and the entire area allows you a full view of the ocean. Flamingos will greet you in the mornings and evenings as they gather on a rock in the water right in-front of the house…its magical. The sunsets are of the best and most beautiful in the world. The space A big wooden front door swings open and invites you into the foyer, immediately you catch a full view of the ocean, stop take a minute to enjoy its beauty and in we go… The kitchen area is open plan to the lounge, and includes an indoor braai area with a big dining table, big enough for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need; 5 plate gas stove, oven, microwave, espresso bean coffee machine, double door fridge and more. Connected to the kitchen is a scullery in the back for the dishes, but don’t worry there is a dish washer as well to do all the heavy lifting. The entire area has a full view of the ocean. A large stack folding door opens onto the deck and the fresh ocean air is yours to delight in. The lounge comes with a 55” curve HD TV and a massive wrap around (U shape) leather couch for family viewing on those moody cold and overcast days. There is limited wifi available for Netflix viewing. The downstairs area is the social hub of the house and guarantees a good time. Up the stairs to the first floor, you’ll find a little office nook for the professional traveler to sit down and type away as needed, as well as a little library for the avid reader to sink their teeth into. To your left are two bedrooms, both with extra length Queen Size beds (SOOO Comfortable!), both rooms are en-suite. The “Green Room” is slightly smaller with a shower, basin, and toilet in the bathroom, and has a door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom…every morning you’ll wake up to the view and sound of the ocean. The “white room” is larger and fully open plan with double basins, a luxurious bathtub, large shower and toilet…everything with a view of the ocean. Right of the staircase you’ll find a little laundry with a balcony for hanging up washing, washing machine and dryer are included. As you move further to the back of the house, on this floor you’ll find the 3rd bedroom, with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom (shower, single basin, and toilet) and a large and private balcony, for kids to play on or some private tanning should that be your holiday mission - an even tan;). Up the stairs to the top ‘penthouse’ level you’ll find a small kitchenette and open plan lounge area to your left. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate gas stove, oven and under counter fridge and Nespresso machine for those lazy early morning coffees. The fireplace is there for mood, warmth, and ambience. The lounge comes fitted with a HD smart Tv for Netflix viewing should you want to not watch whatever is happening downstairs and crave a different speed. This area also has a folding stack door that opens fully and makes you feel like you’re floating on top of the ocean. All with full view of the ocean (of course). The master bedroom is also on this level, again has an open plan design and everything in full view of the ocean and comes with a Queen size extra-long bed. The bathroom has a luxurious bathtub, large shower, double basin, and toilet. To the right of the stairs is a little artsy nook with a futon that’ll sleep 2 should you be 10 people. This opens to a large east facing balcony, with a staircase that takes you up onto the roof to a full 360 view of ocean, dunes, and all of Longbeach…you’ll feel on top of the world! It’s glorious! The rooftop deck also faces the ocean and is great for sundowners, tanning and general enjoyment of the fresh ocean air and view. The house has a double garage, that opens into the house alongside the front door. It also opens into a little courtyard should anything need washing down before you enter the house. This courtyard also connects to the kitchen’s scullery. Easy and convenient.
