Relax at this cozy newly renovated 1 bdrm + 1 bath duplex (Unit #3B). We are on a 5-acre open land, the perfect place to stargaze and watch breathtaking sunsets. It is fully furnished with travelers' needs in mind. Perfect for a group of 2-4 people with 2 full-size beds. Our house is close to all major shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. We pride ourselves on high standards of cleanliness and functionality. We want to make your stay with us a memorable one! The space Please note since we are in a desert and although we keep the houses with regular pest control, it's still inevitable to have some dwelling insects and bugs, especially in warm/hot weather seasons (truthfully we are in "their" home!) Just be mindful not to leave food out and keep the screen door closed at all times. This is a duplex unit (#3B) with a common wall attached to another 1-bedroom house. This building is located at the back of the property. There's a shared laundry room in the middle of the building that is free to use. Just be sure to bring your own detergent. *A Pack-N-Play is available upon request* Guest access Unit #3B - Open the white metal screen gate and you will see the self-check-in keypad lock on the wooden door. Other things to note This duplex building is located on the back of the property. Once you enter the property's entrance you'll see the duplex building after you pass the 2 houses in the front. Find the door that is marked 3B. *For any bookings that are longer than 7 days, once the essentials we provide run out, you will have to replenish your own. For example, paper towels, coffee, cooking oil and seasonings, dish and laundry detergent, bathroom toiletries, trash bags, etc. We are not a hotel and we offer affordable rates with our houses, therefore we are not able to provide unlimited essentials.
