It is truly a luxury staycation yet centrally located between 3 major highways for easy access to all the best things the Bay area. Just a short drive to Stanford University and all the major tech giants campuses like Meta (FB), Apple, HP, Tesla. We furnished it the way we like it and everything was bought brand new, so please take care of it like your own :). There is a full size 7 ft pool table and foosball table inside the home. You can also play some basketball in our in-ground hoops, relax at the hot tub, or enjoy some BBQ with friends & family at the outdoor dining table. Guests will have access to the entire home, including FREE charging for your Tesla! No one else will be at the property during the stay and you can enjoy the entire home and all the amenities with your guests! Please do NOT book the place if you intend to party/large group gathering which will disturb our wonderful neighbors. Guest access 4 bedroom & 4 bath of nearly 3300 sq ft of interior space. Large outdoor deck with side yard, plenty of space to enjoy a getaway with friends and family. Garage can fit 1 car, and driveway can park another car. If you have more than 2 cars, please park it down the street (past 27th Ave), which is just a few houses away. Please do not park any cars within the court of our home and make sure the cars do NOT block anyone's driveway. Other things to note We will cover the 14% San Mateo Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for you. The price you see per night already includes the 14% (TOT). We are officially registered with the City of San Mateo and has a legitimate Short Term Rental (STR) license and follow all regulations. All properties with the legitimate STR license are responsible for this tax. Please note that we are only covering the 14% TOT, there can other fees/taxes which Airbnb charges you. Parking is limited so please do not bring more than 2 cars. Absolutely NO parties. Respect our neighbors like they are your own. Please be courteous and polite. Garbage day is early Monday mornings, please pull out the bins on SUNDAY night if you are staying over. Thank you.
