It has its own entrance and parking. No spaces are shared — your stay is completely private. The space The Space This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath guest house is ideal for families or small groups. It features two Queen beds and one Twin bed. You'll also find a few toys in the closet of the Twin room — perfect for kids — and an extra mattress stored in the master bedroom closet for added flexibility. Inside, enjoy a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Outside, relax on the covered front porch or the furnished back deck. A small BBQ grill is stored in the garage and can be moved outside for use. You'll also have access to a 1-car garage and private driveway parking. Privacy & Access This listing is for the upstairs unit only. A separate basement apartment may be rented to other guests. There is no shared access, no interior connection, and separate parking — your space is fully private. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire upstairs unit, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, back deck, and covered front porch. You’ll also have use of the 1-car garage and private driveway parking. Entry is through the door on the right side of the house. You will receive a door code on the day of your arrival. To enter, enter the code, then turn the key lock to unlock, and finally turn the door knob to open. Other things to note Note: This home has two separate rental units — the upstairs unit (this listing) and a completely private basement apartment that may be occupied during your stay. There are no shared spaces between the two units — each has its own private entrance, no interior access between levels, and separate parking. You’ll have full privacy during your visit.
