Providing stylish interiors and spaces for a relaxing and comfortable stay you will find it hard to say goodbye at the end of your time at “Serenity on Maud”. The space Comprising of 4 double bedrooms which sleeps up to 8 people and an open plan kitchen dining and living space which seamlessly connects to private outdoor sitting and dining area. Master bedroom located on ground floor with private ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. An additional 3 bedrooms are located on the second storey which are serviced by a main bathroom of grand proportions featuring large shower, bathtub, huge vanity and mirror and toilet. Private balcony attached to one of the bedrooms. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room. A separate powder room with vanity and toilet is located on the ground floor as is the laundry. Indoor dining area leads to beautiful outdoor space with lounge and dining area. The home has been carefully and lovingly decorated with a soothing natural colour palette and filled with items we love and we ask you to be respectful of it and follow the house rules. Offstreet parking for one car on driveway of property. Guest access Full access to entire home Other things to note KEYS Please take particular care of the keys. ONLY ONE set of keys provided . If keys are lost we charge a lock reconfiguration fee of $300 PARKING You may park on the property in front of the garage but please don’t block the footpath. No parking in the garage. Please do not park on the property if your vehicle leaks oils or fluids. A/C We ask that you do not leave the air-conditioner on when you are not home. WIFI Password on sticker on the TV cabinet We offer a smart TV with access to streaming services through your own subscription account. BINS Red bins- take out on Sunday night for Monday collection. Please bring bins back in. Side gate lock on key ring. Lock gate. Yellow bins - collected fortnightly. Copy others on street. VACUUM CLEANER Hanging up in garage CLOTHESLINE In courtyard in-front of water tank. NEAREST SUPERMARKET Churchill Centre Coles, Aldi, Liquorland and Variety stores Open Monday - Sunday COFFEE & FOOD Prospect Road (head North) - many cafes Eateries at Churchill Centre Can you please take particular care with the fly screen door on the back that no one leans or damages it and that no one marks the walls when bringing in luggage. Also please remove dirty or muddy shoes. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum especially after 9pm. REGISTERED GUESTS All guests must be registered at time of booking and names must be provided to the host. No unregistered guest or visitor access to the property, no gatherings or party of any sort as this is against house rules and could lead to a cancellation of your booking. CHECKOUT PROCEDURE: 1. Remove sheets and pillow cases from bed and leave on bed. Check for personal possessions that may be forgotten in linen. 2. Put all RUBBISH in the appropriate bins outside 3.
