Cozy studio with forrest views next to university!

Cozy apartment next to the university, within a short distance to different supermarkets, local fruit and deli, barber shop, spa, parks, nature reserves. There is a direct bus line to the city center 2 minutes from the entrance of the apartment. You will have access to your personal washer and dryer, fridge with goodies, TV, sofa (that can be turned into a double bed), cute balcony, with outside sitting furniture and beautiful views. You are also responsible for keeping the apartment clean! The space A minimal design, and a brand new construction, with good sound isolation! However, you must be respectful of the neighbours and neighbourhood! As it is my secondary apartment, expect some shelves to be occupied by my own stuff, and I expect that you won't take anything out, otherwise you might be fined or worse. Guest access You can have the whole apartment to yourself, however some cupboards are occupied with my own stuff and I will make arrangements (based on your needs) to empty some for your own personal use while you are there! :) Other things to note The plants have self-catering pots, however they might need your attention once a week (if you're staying for a long period of time).
