The space There are three bedrooms on the second floor for guests. This listing is for the front bedroom which fit two guests. It includes a new comfortable king bed, 36-inch tv, dresser and closet. Full bathroom on the second and half bath on the first floor is shared with other guests. There is a lock on the door to keep your items safe while exploring Philly. No guests access to the third floor where hosts stay. This home holds up to six guests (air mattress in the living room included). There is a friendly dog on the property that does not have access to the bedrooms. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the den on the second floor that has a tv, beautiful decor, sectional sofa, and sound bar. Plus, all guests have shared access to the kitchen, living/dining room, laundry room and beautiful yard on the first floor. These areas are shared with additional guests who may be there during your stay. There is enough seating to chat and hang with new friends! Please note: there is a dog (scott terrier and poodle mix) on the property. He is very friendly! During your stay I am available for guests as needed. Please ask for Philly hacks and recommendations.
