La Briotte, an old house in the countryside

Welcome to La Briotte. This small fully equipped house, restored while keeping the old world charm, welcomes you to an old agricultural estate. In the large enclosed garden there will be plenty of space to hit the ball, run or ride a bike. You will be well located to visit Auvergne, from the Puy chain to Vichy. The space The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room, kitchen, dining room, a bedroom (160 cm bed), toilet and shower room. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (2 single twin beds; 2 single twin beds; 2 bunk beds) one of which is accessible by crossing another. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, multifunctional oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary utensils. On request, we can lend you what you need for the little ones: baby bed, baby chair, deckchair, changing mat... For your comfort, sheets/towels and cleaning are included. Wi-Fi available. The garden is closed by the gate and fenced. So kids can run safely. You will have at your disposal table, chairs, barbecue. A children's play area is accessible under the responsibility of their parents. Guest access Access to the house is via a tree-lined path, overlooking the Ennezat-St Laure road. There is no need to go into Entraigues. To get to the village on foot, a path allows access without crossing a car. The center of Entraigues has a restaurant and a bakery In the nearby town of Ennezat you will find all the shops you need for your stay. There will be plenty of activities all around, including Volvic (20 min), Clermont (25 min), Thiers (30 min) or Vichy (40 min). And of course the Puys chain and the Sancy massif. Outdoor parking is available. We will offer a dry place in a barn for vintage cars, motorcycles and beautiful mechanical vehicles.
