Small independent house with two floors. You will enjoy the calm and air of the countryside and the sheltered terrace. Located 1.5 km from the village of Rouillé with its shops (bakery, supermarket, tobacconist...). The house is located between Poitiers (30 min) and Niort (30 min). The Futuroscope is 40 minutes away and the Atlantic coast is 1 hour 15 minutes away. 6 km from the CFPPA training center in Venours. Étang de crieul famous for fishing 2 km away. Travel crib and high chair available. We speak English The space The house is located in the garden of our property, but is completely independent. The accommodation is composed of a living/dining area with a sofa bed. The sofa is ideal for children Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a bed (140 x 190 cm) and a dresser, a shelf, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. Linens and towels are available. I can provide a baby bed and booster if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, ceramic stove). The basic elements are also available (salt, pepper, sugar...). The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. The TV is connected (not all the classic channels) Outside you will find garden furniture, a barbecue. Please note that the accommodation is NOT located in the city center but in a hamlet about 1.5 km from the town. The entire house is at your disposal as well as the outside area around the house. Guest access this is a complete and independent home.
