Small independent house upstairs. You will enjoy the calm and air of the countryside and the sheltered terrace. Located 1.5km from the village of Rouillé with its shops (bakery, supermarket, tobacconist...). The house is located between Poitiers (30 mins) and Niort (30 mins). Futuroscope is 40 min away and the Atlantic coast is 1h15. 6km away is the CFPPA training center in Venours. Etang de Creeeul famous for fishing 2km away. Bed umbrella and child chair available. We speak English The space The house is located in the garden of our property, but is totally independent. The accommodation is composed of a living/dining area with a sofa bed. The couch is ideal for children Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a bed (140 x 190 cm) and a dresser, a shelf, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. Linens and towels are provided. I can provide an umbrella bed and booster seat if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, ceramic hobs). The basic elements are also available (salt, pepper, sugar...). Windows are equipped with screens and shutters. TV is connected (not all classic channels) Outside you will find a garden furniture, a barbecue. Please note that the accommodation is NOT located in the city center but in a hamlet about 1.5 km from the village. The entire house is at your disposal as well as the outside around the house. Guest access this is a complete and independent accommodation.
