With luxury finishes like quartz countertops, LED smart televisions in all bedrooms, media room, and great room, and a gigabit fiber internet/WIFI network to power all devices, you’ll enjoy spending time indoors while still enjoying views out of almost any window. Start your day with a cup of coffee or end your day with a glass of wine on the outdoor decks or patio of each floor, outfitted with comfortable seating and eating areas. You’ll enjoy gorgeous up-lake views overlooking the expansive and beautifully landscaped yard with multiple seating areas, a private hot tub and pergola, a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit. Fully fenced, this backyard is great for relaxing with friends while letting little ones explore, and with custom lighting, is as beautiful in the evenings as it is all day. The third floor consists of two primary bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed facing up the lake for the best views, a smart TV, and an attached deck to enjoy your morning coffee, along with an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a separate bathtub. The second master on this floor has a queen bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The main floor features an entryway perfect for shedding and storing pool and outdoor gear. Off the entry is a high-end kitchen with premium appliances and lighting. Stocked with every tool/gadget and small appliance a chef could need, this kitchen is suitable for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a Thanksgiving meal. The Lookout provides a shuttle service to the marina and lakefront during the spring and summer months. Downtown Lake Chelan is a short walk. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
