Su-Jo is a collection of 8 contemporary villas located in an elevated pocket of Ulladulla on Mollymook’s doorstep. Each villa is a spacious family friendly 3-bedroom ensuite villa with double garage and all the comforts of home but a coastal address. Villa 1 is one of four impressive street facing villas spread across 3 levels which enjoy sneaky views to either Pigeon House Mountain or the ocean. Whilst Su-Jo is dog friendly, to cater to all guests this villa is strictly no pets allowed. The space The top floor offers open plan living with an entertainers kitchen, gorgeous 6-8 seater dining table and lounge setting which includes a 3 seater lounge and coffee table nest as well as a 65inch Samsung smart TV. Wi-fi provided. The entertainers kitchen boasts a huge island bench to gather around or serve Christmas lunch from, integrated bins, a full-size dishwasher and Franke induction cooktop and electric oven. All cookware, tableware and drinkware is provided. Enjoy your meals on the large street facing North-West balcony deck or a morning coffee (freshly brewed from the Nespresso coffee machine) looking toward the harbour on the South-East facing deck. You will find 3 bedrooms on the ground (middle) floor. The main ensuite bedroom offers a canopy queen bed with access to the landscaped front garden and built-in wardrobe. The second and third bedroom offer a queen bed each with private balcony. The storage/media room on the lower ground floor can accommodate extra guests - see below. The ensuite and bathroom are beautifully appointed with full height tiling and twin showers for that luxurious shower experience. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and bath time for the kids is easy with a hand shower over the bath. A European-style laundry is neatly integrated into the hallway on the ground floor and includes a front load washing machine, drying rack and tub. On the lower ground floor, you will find the double garage (with internal access) and a storage room which conveniently doubles as a media room so of course there’s a second 65inch Samsung smart TV and a sofa-bed lounge plus a single over double bunk bed. Being a storage room (no windows), this space is not recommended for sleeping but we won't stop you. There are two flights of stairs in this villa but as they say “use it or lose it”. Whilst Su-Jo is pet friendly (clarification, dog friendly), to cater to all guests this villa is strictly no pets allowed and we kindly ask that this is respected. Su-Jo is within minutes to Collers Beach (pet friendly), Ulladalla town centre, Ulladulla Harbour and Marina, One Track For All, Brodie Park and a short drive to Bannisters, Burrill Lake, Mollymook Golf Club, Hilltop Golf Course, Warden Head Lighthouse, Cupitt’s Estate and the township of Milton.
