The space includes a couple's bedroom with a very large wardrobe as well as an Italian shower bathroom area. A small adjoining room ideal for 2 children. All structures are original: exposed beams, bedroom partitions and shower room. Furnishings in the soul, by one of the best movie deco chefs. Noble materials: 'Marais Tiles', 'Margot Faucets', 'Bruno Lighting', Wenge wood, Tadlak, Oak parquet... During the Paris Commune (1871) 'Maître Kobus', under surveillance, worked with his companions on the front part and in the crowded courtyard. A double bottom hid the clandestine printing press of the uprising. When the gluing machines arrived in the dark night, the workers disappeared through the unsuspected dead end behind the building. Look for it on Rue du Capitaine Madon, next parallel to Rue Etex! Let's not forget that we are at the foot of Gavroche's Montmartre*, the revolutionary heart of Paris in the 19th century. 'Master Kobus' donated to my family, owner of the building having 'closed his eyes' and guarantee of his morality, various pieces including his personal workbench. Transmitted to my father, who taught me the taste of the gesture... and who transmitted it to me... It is there, the heart of the place! Listen to it! Possibility to rent a car (BMW 325 i coupé) and its parking 200 m away for Weekends*. In Paris, especially avoid the personal car!
