Book your Nashville getaway at our spacious and completely remodeled mid-century, 4 bedroom 2 bath home located in the hip and highly desirable neighborhood of Donelson! Centrally located to all Nashville has to offer, we are 3 miles from the Grand Ole Opry and less than 10 minutes from downtown! Immerse yourselves with the locals and experience the small-town charm of Donelson while being just minutes away from all Nashville has to offer at this newly renovated home! The space Perfect for large groups and traveling families, the floor plan sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, with plenty of room share space or spread out. Select wood furniture pieces were hand-made from trees that were downed on the property from the tornado that hit the Nashville area in March of 2020. The homeowner lives on-site in a separate unit attached to the home, but will never be in the rental space at any time during your stay and will make arrangements to not be there during your stay. Guests have access to the entire home except for the homeowner unit and the detached garage. Guest access Entire house, deck, backyard. Other things to note -- No excessive noise, or illegal activity of any kind -- Check-in is any time after 3 p.m. Check-out by 10 a.m. -- Primary renter must be over the age of 21 -- Maximum occupancy is never to exceed 10 people -- Additional cleaning fees will apply if the home is damaged or for vomit/bodily fluids left behind -- DO NOT smoke inside the home or throw trash/cigarette butts in the yard -- No confetti or glitter -- Please use command strips if you need to hang anything from the walls -- Please do not stand on any of the furniture --We charge a one time pet fee of 75/pet **ATTENTION** Please make sure you read the house rules prior to booking, as we strictly enforce them to stay in compliance in Nashville, including mandatory taxes and damage insurance waivers.
