4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Both shower and bathtub available. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils provided. Multiple TVs throughout house with DVD players. Main TV and Main bedroom also have access to Roku device for use of Netflix. XBox 360 connected to main TV. Space has access to 7 cu ft chest freezer, outdoor propane grill, wood burning fire pit, and ping pong table. House is equipped with softened water and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. The space Located 5 blocks off of beautiful Lake Michigan. 18 miles south of Door County and 32 miles east of Green Bay. Guest access Entire house, outdoor grassy area with propane grill, wood burning fire pit, and plenty of chairs Other things to note There is a pet fee for this rental. The rental takes longer to clean after an animal is present in the house. If an animal is present without pet fee being paid, a $100 charge will be charged to guest after checkout.
