On The Esplanade of Turners Beach, this spacious Retreat house is a 1 min walk to the beach. With ocean views, an indoor heated salt pool, 6 bedrooms (11 beds)3 bathrooms (1 on each floor) its the perfect holiday retreat for 6-16 people (ground floor closed off for small groups) The main level has a sunny open kitchen, comfy group dining/lounge & an outdoor BBQ area perfect for entertaining. Early checkins & late checkouts can be arranged. **10pm noise curfew** in respect of our neighbours The space Level 1 (ground floor, sleeps 7) Room 1 - 1 Queen & 2 x K Single Room 2 - 1 King kitchenette & lounge area (1 Single bed) (This area will be closed off if your group has 8 or less people) Toilet Shower Laundry Level 2 (Middle floor, Sleeps 5, main living area, large group lounge, dining, main kitchen, 2 balcony’s & outdoor dining/BBQ area) Room 3 - 2 x Singles + a floor mattress Room 4 - 1 Queen Main Bathroom, Toilet, Shower & Spa Bath Level 3 (top floor, Sleeps 4) Room 5 - 1 x King Room 6 - 2 x K Singles Bathroom with Toilet & Shower 2 balcony’s with table & chairs Spectacular Ocean Views Guest access Smart key code lock is on the main front door, on the entry level of the home. Park outside the garage door and enter the front gate to access the keypad front door. Other things to note Being a retreat house, we encourage guests to relax and unwind with friends and family. This is NOT a party house and noise curfew is STRICTLY 10pm out of respect for our neighbours. Some areas of the house, eg lower floor, will be closed off if your group has 8 or less people. This Retreat House is NOT to be used for commercial or business operations, directly or indirectly. It is for short term holiday accommodation only. Photos of the pool or property are not allowed for marketing purposes unless approved by the owner. There is an indoor heated swimming pool that has separate access. A liability waiver statement will need to be agreed to, prior to accessing the pool area. We strive for a single-use plastic free environment & use Aussie made Zero Co Shampoo Conditioner Bodywash reusable bottles. We also have a fully automatic coffee machine to reduce pod waste and your coffee grinds can be composted. We supply a small organics bin in the kitchen for your use.
