The space Bedroom 1 (Master): King sized bed, closet, en-suite bathroom, 50" wall-mounted Smart TV, window to backyard. Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, closet, window view to front yard. Bedroom 3: Two full sized beds, closet, 43" wall-mounted Smart TV, window view to front yard. Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed and twin sized bed, closet, view to backyard pool. Additional Beds: Queen Sized sofa couch in living room. Childs Pack N’ Play Crib; portable and can be set up where needed. Living room: A great place for lounging with friends & family. 50" Smart TV, games, puzzles, toys, and small scale fitness equipment provided. Bright space with a view to the front yard. Kitchen: Fully equipped, organized, and clean. Enjoy meals together at the dining table. Dish & drinkware, pots & pans, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, water boiler, blender, crock pot, and toaster provided. Laundry: Washer and dryer available to guests. Iron & board provided. Hangers provided in each bedroom closet. Outdoors: Backyard pool and lounge area. Makes for great times with friends and family. Enjoy the AZ climates while lounging poolside. Propane grill ready for use. Pool: Like most residential pools, this pool is not heated. Parking: Driveway/Carport, room for 2 vehicles in tandem. Ample street parking typically available. Pets: Large water bowl, two food dishes, and bags for pet waste are provided. 2 pet maximum. Follow leash laws and always be present with your pet while outdoors. *Pets must be included/registered in the booking. Any damage or excess cleaning caused by an animal will be charged to your reservation. Guest access Entire space. Other things to note Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Home and patio areas should be kept calm during this time to respect our neighbors. Please note, AZ summer temps can be excessive. Never leave your pet unattended in vehicles or outdoors. Be mindful of pavement/patio temps on bare pet paws while outdoors or on walks in our hotter months.
