Includes queen bed, linens, towels, soap & shampoo, TV with Roku, bathroom with shower, sink, microwave, full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, gas grill, fire ring, picnic table, parking & good Wifi! Sleeps up to 6 total. Pets are welcome with fee. Cabin is smoke-free! Camping loft for kids has room for 3-4 kids. It has a fairly steep ladder for access. The space Located in award winning La Junta Camping & Cabins on the west side of La Junta!, Colorado Safe, clean & quiet. Campground has lodging, RV & tent sites, a retail store, seasonal swimming pool with waterslide, fun playground, mini-golf, Rec Room, dog park & coin-operated laundry. Sites Include private parking space. 3-4 steps up to deck. Located five minutes walking from Walmart and several places to eat. Guest access Guests have access to our seasonal swimming pool; mini golf (small fee), fun playground with cornhole toss, dog park, recreation room, coin-op laundry (open 24 hours/day), and convenience store with local gift items, including Grammie & Alex's Gourmet Country Creations! Other things to note No smoking of any kind (cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc. inside or within 20 feet of buildings; there is a $200 charge for violation of this policy. There is a refundable $100 cleaning/damage deposit collected at check-in & refunded on the day of check-out if nothing is damaged or missing, the lodging does not smell of smoke and does not require excessive cleaning. Occupancy is based on two people. There is no charge for children under age 5. Extra children ages 5 - 17 are $5/night; extra adults are $9/night. We encourage guests to bring sleeping bags, pillows & blankets for use in the kids camping loft. Nap pads are available in the cabin for use in the loft; we ask that they be placed on the bed when departing. Linens, blankets and pillows for the loft are available for rent with advance notice. Up to 3 friendly pets are welcome in this lodging; the pet fee is $20/night (not per pet). The City/County/State Sales Tax & Lodging fee totals 13.4%. AirBnB often does not collect the full amount of tax, so there may be a small charge for the balance of the tax we are required to collect.
