"L'Atelier" apartment 5 minutes from Arras

The "L'Atelier" apartment is located in the city center of Saint-Laurent Blangy, a 2-minute walk from the nautical base, and 5 minutes from the Grand Place d'Arras and its famous Belfry, 5 minutes by car from the train station.
