Limestone villa, Onsen with garden view 182㎡

Located in the heart of Hakuba Valley, this natural stone villa was newly built, nestled among the trees in a holiday homes area. It overlooks the Japanese Northern Alps. The backyard deck view of the birds’ daily visit to the birdbath will make you feel healed and relaxed. If you are interested, there is an introduction video linked in our last photo (floor plan). 4 to 10 min drive to 5 major ski slopes, and 1 to 8 min drive to convenient stores, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The space It’s a building with a timeless design. It has a natural stone chipped roof while the walls are laid with cream-colored natural Cotswold stones from England.  Area: 182㎡  3 bedrooms + loft You can park two cars in the garage and three cars in the front yard. A built-in garage is rare in this area, snow removal from your vehicle is not required during snow season so you can have a more comfortable stay. The living room is large and spacious with a height of 6.2 meters. There are no horizontal beams giving the area a very open and welcoming feel. The building has earned the earthquake high resistance building certification from the Japanese government. Most materials, including the garden and interiors, are all natural.  The high-performance build and 24-hour ventilation make the interior comfortable throughout the four seasons. During the winter months, the floor is heated throughout the villa by an eco-friendly geothermal heat source. Furnished with Mid-century Vintage pieces.  Tap water is sourced from the Northern Alps flowing with melted glacier water, it is very delicious and safe to drink. The onsen (hot spring, man-made) in the Master Bedroom runs 24/7. The onsen consists of ingredients derived from ores with medical benefits approved by the Japanese government such as fatigue recovery, improvement of rheumatism (inflammation in joints, muscles, etc), rash, neuralgia, stiff neck, bruise, backache, poor circulation, etc. Other things to note ***King Bed in Master Bedroom can be changed to Twin Beds with notice*** In case the number of guests are 7 or 8, additional low-beds are set at the loft in the living room. No shoes indoors.  Trash: Please help us to sort all trash. They will be collected every 3 days. Let us know if you would like to make any changes to collection dates. Towels: Towels will be exchanged every 4 days. Let us know if you do not require them or would like to make any changes. Bedding and Cleaning: Linens and robes will be exchanged every 8 days as well as cleaning. Let us know if you would like to make any changes.  Apps in the smart TV such as Netflix, U-next, Disney+, etc. are available under your private account. Snowy Seasons: We shovel the snow off from the passage in front of the entrance door and the garage to keep your go in and out. BBQ: The barbecue grill is available for use except during the snow season. Before checkout, please help us with the followings; ● Place all trash inside of assigned trash bags  ● Put all items back in their place ● Rinse then places all used dishes in the dishwasher or sink ● Lock the entrance door and garage door then put keys and garage 　　 　 remote inside of the key box.
