The space Calluna Villa, a tranquil retreat in the heart of Sirili village, is perfect for an unforgettable summer getaway! This spacious 400 m² villa spans two levels, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. With five spacious en-suite bedrooms and private entrances for each floor, Calluna Villa offers both comfort and privacy, making it an ideal choice for families. Indoors Ground Floor Entering the ground floor open area, you are welcomed by a warm homey feeling and the beautiful views that stretch before you. This space features a living room, indoor dining area, and kitchen. The living room is complemented by an open fireplace, two comfy sofas, and a 55’’ smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features all modern appliances, while the adjacent dining table for 8, is the perfect spot to create unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Moving on to the bedrooms, the ground floor features four unique, beautifully decorated rooms, each with its own style and personality: The first bedroom, adorned in luxurious gold and black tones, includes a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a mirrored wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower column. This room also offers direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom, styled in sophisticated grey hues, has a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00m), an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and opens directly onto the pool terrace. In the third bedroom, decorated in vibrant green, two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) can be joined to create a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00). This room also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and opens to the pool area. The fourth bedroom, with refreshing blue accents, features a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00m) bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and opens to a terrace overlooking the scenic surroundings. Each bedroom is equipped with individually controlled A/C, a 32’’ Smart TV, a vanity with LED mirror, spacious closets, and a cozy outdoor seating area for two. Additionally, the ground floor provides a separate WC, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a safety deposit box for convenience. Lower Floor Through a beautifully landscaped herb garden, guests can access the villa’s lower floor via a private entrance, providing an extra layer of privacy for the group. This self-contained level includes a cozy playroom designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 55’’ Smart TV, a large sofa that converts to a double bed, a PS5, a Bluetooth speaker, and a Marathon Pro 4000 treadmill. The fifth bedroom is also located here, offering a Queen-size (1.60 x 2.00m), A/C, a 32’’ TV, and direct access to the parking area. Completing the amenities on this floor, you'll find a second fully equipped kitchen with an island and seating for four, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower and washing machine—ideal for convenience. Outdoor area The beautifully landscaped exterior of Calluna Villa covers 1.500 m2 and it’s filled with fragrant flowers, herbs, lawn-covered areas, and olive and palm trees that embrace the stone-paved terrace and path to the pool. The outdoor area offers many exclusive facilities including: - A private, 65 sq.m. ecological salt water swimming pool, 1,5 m deep with hydromassage function, two waterfalls, and step access. This pool uses salt water electrolysis and can also be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, outdoor speakers, a poolside shower, and umbrellas for your utmost comfort. - Next to the pool, guests have access to a relaxing separate area that features a wooden sauna for 4 people, as well as an additional full bathroom and shower. - A separate 12 sq.m. children’s pool, 0,40 m deep. - Fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a pergola with a gas BBQ, charcoal BBQ, wood-burning oven, fridge, sink, and water freezer. An outdoor dining area for 12 featuring a 40’’ TV, is also available, perfect for al fresco dining. - Outdoor playground with swings, a seesaw, and a climbing structure with slides to keep your little ones busy all day long. - A shaded, lawn-covered area for yoga practice is also available outdoors, providing mats, yoga blocks, a Multi-Station Weight Machine, and balls. - A sports field, offering facilities for many sports such as volleyball, tennis, soccer, and basketball so you can stay in shape. - A private mini golf court so you can practice your skills, a ping pong table, and a foosball table. - Two outdoor shaded seating areas as well as a stone built-in lounging spot where you can unwind and enjoy the views. - A vineyard producing local wine which is offered to our guests upon arrival, depending on availability. - Parking space for 3 cars inside the Villa premises. - The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests. - Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
