Convertible Guest Room

Spare room used as an office with a new queen size hybrid mattress sans frame. Very clean, quick, and comfortable. Shared full bath and half bathroom downstairs. Dedicated parking in driveway, far left spot normal free to use. Guest access Bedroom and common areas. Kitchen is available too, there is storage in the fridge. During your stay Minimal interaction in person but I am available to help via text messages anytime! Other things to note Please be careful driving in and out of the neighborhood there's about a dozen kids on the street that like to play and ride bikes right outside the house.
