A characterful Victorian home in the heart of West Malling, with free parking and everything on your doorstep. Just a 5-minute stroll brings you to the High Street, with its fabulous independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. West Malling station is a 10-minute walk, with Central London less than an hour away. With easy access to the M20, it's also a great base for exploring Kent, visiting Brands Hatch, Bluewater and beyond. The space Dating back to the early 1800s, this characterful Victorian terraced home is arranged over three floors and retains many of its original features, including two beautiful fireplaces and small internal windows originally designed to bring light onto the staircase. The house has two flights of stairs, with steps up to the front door and down to the lower-ground floor, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The original fireplaces are decorative and are not in use. Outside, there is a private garden and patio with seating and a table – a lovely spot to relax on warmer days. Fast broadband and reliable Wi-Fi make the house suitable for guests who need to work during their stay. Guest access The whole house is available for your use except one room on the middle floor that is locked and stores some of my furniture. Other things to note Due to the age of the house and height, it hasn't been possible to install hot water in the ensuite sink upstairs. There is cold water and the shower is lovely and hot. This hasn't caused a problem to previous guests.
