Victorian character, cozy home, with free parking

This Victorian terraced home is full of character; small on the outside and plenty of space on the inside. This is a unique location with a five minute walk to a fabulous mix of independent shops, many pubs and top restaurants. West Malling station is a 10 minute walk taking you to Central London in less than an hour. A 5 minute drive to the M20, you are never far from Gatwick, Ebbsfleet, Bluewater and Brands Hatch. Great for London theatre nights, The 02 and sporting events. The space This is an old terraced property dating back to the early 1800's. It is arranged over 3 floors so there are 2 flights of stairs within and steps up to the front door and down to the basement. I have tried to keep as many original features as possible including the small windows installed to let light onto the stairs. There are 2 fireplaces although not in working order. There is a small garden and patio area with chairs and a table for summer evenings with a nice cold beer. There is Ultra Broadband installed at the house so good wifi and sufficient to work from home. I am afraid this is NOT a party house. Guest access The whole house is available for your use except one room on the middle floor that is locked and stores some of my furniture. Other things to note Due to the age of the house and height, it hasn't been possible to install hot water in the ensuite sink upstairs. There is cold water and the shower is lovely and hot. This hasn't caused a problem to previous guests.
