Four bedrooms (two with double bed), 3 bathrooms, one with corner bath and two with shower, very large living room with TV and dining table, fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, fireplace and 8-seater dining table. The large garden with patio is accessible from the living room and from the kitchen and is equipped with a structure with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue grill with an adjoining large marble table with seats for having meals outside. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and is adjacent to renowned wineries which offer the possibility of visits with tasting of their products. The villa is just a few minutes from the splendid Trentova Bay (which for years has been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanest sea) and from the "Visitor Centre", a meeting point for excursions to the Trentova-Tresino naturalistic oasis, which offers mountain bike rental service, horse riding, archery and trekking on CAI trails. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the bedrooms they occupy and to all other areas of the house Other things to note upon check-in, guests must pay the tourist tax of € 1.5 per person per night on site. Pets are welcome at Villa Claudia. The supplement to be paid at check-in for each pet is €50; It is absolutely forbidden to let our animal friends climb onto beds and sofas.
