There is enough Tea & Coffee to get you started. Cookbooks here if you want to cook up a storm. Unfortunately the boat has to stay moored but you're more than welcome to go have a lay down on it and enjoy the view. There is room for a Jetski or Tinny. Please let us know! Please Note: This is a family friendly property, we are NOT an event, or party house. We do NOT have and will NOT cater for schoolies, bucks/hens parties, or other large social gatherings. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. Our Home is suited to families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here. The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
