Otaki beachside holiday house

The Dunes is a beachfront holiday house with private access through dunes to Otaki Beach. Fantastic outdoor living with generous deck and backyard. There’s even a second kitchen downstairs to make outside dining easy. Wake up to spectacular views over the Tararuas from the master bedroom, and enjoy G&Ts as you watch the sun set over the sea. Upstairs boasts the master bedbThe house borders a reserve at the end of a cul de sac, peaceful and private. The space The Dunes is a two storey home. Upstairs features the lounge and dining room facing the sea, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom with shower and vanity, separate loo. Downstairs there’s a large ‘bunk room” with Queen bed and two single beds, a second kitchen and a second retro bathroom with shower and toilet, plus adjoining laundry. The bunk room opens onto a huge fenced deck with solid wood, round dining table and seating. Guest access The entire house and garden is for your enjoyment. Other things to note Excellent high speed wifi. There is a TV screen but this is to stream programmes (via a dongle) and watch DVDs - there’s an extensive selection. There is no free to view or Sky TV. Otaki is very well served for shops. There are 2 supermarkets - one on the main highway and another in the township.
