Located halfway between Moonta & Moonta Bay, Kobe's Place is a single level holiday house with plenty of space for the whole family or those travelling for work. Kobe's Place has 4 bedrooms – queen, queen, queen, 2 singles & bunk; sleeping up to 10 people. Kobe's Place is less than a 5-minute drive (or 15-minute walk) to Moonta with a range of shopping options or to Moonta Bay, with Splashtown Water Park and Moonta Bay's long jetty. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use. There are 2 bathrooms, with the main bathroom having a bath, separate shower & vanity, and separate toilet. Adjoining the master queen bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity & toilet. There is reverse cycling air-conditioning in the lounge room and 2 bedrooms, and ceiling fans in all 3 queen bedrooms, with a pedestal fan in the bunk bedroom. The living area at Kobe's Place is open plan and spacious, comprising the lounge room, dining area and kitchen; with the indoor space connecting to the outdoor entertaining area. The lounge room has plenty of seating options, with a large television (with USB & HDMI ports), Blu-Ray player and DVD's for guests to use during their stay.  There is also a desk for remote working, and WiFi for guests to access during their stay.  Kobe's Place has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine & large fridge with freezer on top. At the rear of the holiday house is an undercover entertaining area with café blinds to protect from the weather. There is dining and lounge seating, and a Weber Q barbecue, with a wall mounted large television for outdoor entertainment. The front and rear yards have lawned areas, with the rear yard secured and surrounded by a high fence. Pets are welcome inside at Kobe's Place by prior arrangement with Country Getaways. Just let the Country Getaways staff know when making a booking if you would like to bring a pet with you for your stay. For those coming to fish, Kobe's Place has fish cleaning facilities in the rear yard, and there is parking for a boat behind the fence. The Port Hughes boat ramp is around a 10-minute drive to the south, with some great fishing opportunities on offer for boaties. There is off-street parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles, in addition to a boat. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied. Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
