The space is bright and airy - sash windows allow for glorious views from all bedrooms, particularly the main bedroom which has sliding windows off a private balcony. Watch the waves and sunsets from the privacy of your bedroom. The downstairs foyer area flows out to a tastefully decorated living room which opens onto the pool deck. To the right of the foyer is the open plan kitchen and dining area that seats 6 people. The adjoining courtyard is tucked away and private, here you can enjoy an early morning coffee, or have a secure and safe play area for the kiddies. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one would need and includes the main appliances of stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The outdoor deck with pool and gas braai is the perfect place to enjoy long lazy days in the sun with great sea views and the majestic mountains behind. There is a separate study off the lounge should you need a hideaway to work or read a good book in the afternoon sun. Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom, together with a single sleeper snooze room has all the luxury finishes one could ask for. With its private on-suite bathroom with spacious walk in shower, this is a private little haven for any couple who want to close the door and have some quite time away from the rest of the household. The second room has a queen bed while the 3rd room has twin single beds. The family bathroom, shared by the two rooms, has a bath with overhead shower, perfect for either that lazy soaking bath or a quick shower... you choose. The property has a double garage with remote access ensuring you have off street parking during your stay. Guest access This double volume property is for the exclusive use of our guests. Access to the home from street side is up a staircase. The home is equipped with an alarm system that is linked to the local armed response company, giving you peace of mind at all times while in the house or away from the home. As the home is double volume access to the upper floor is via a staircase. Other things to note The house is stunning and a perfect for a winter or summer breakaway and we looking forward hosting all our guests. The pool does have a net that can be put on for safety of younger family members.
