Beach bungalow steps from downtown OP

This small beach feel bungalow is located a couple of blocks from downtown Overland Park, KS. Take a walk to downtown Overland Park and enjoy some coffee, pizza or a little shopping. Featuring two bedrooms both with Queen beds and two bathrooms. It's a cozy home with a beach feel. The space whether you want to stay in and cook, walk downtown for for a bite to eat and a glass of wine, or just relax on the back deck this cozy bungalow can accommodate it all. Guest access You will have access to the whole house during your stay. I will not be onsite during your stay, however, I do live at the property part time so please be respectful of my things. I look forward to providing you with a relaxing cozy place to stay. Other things to note If there’s something I can do to provide a more comfortable stay please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request! If you are staying in town for a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary, please let me know if there is anything I can do and I will do my best to assist in making the occasion special. Linens are very popular, and unfortunately been taken multiple times. It breaks my heart to put the following disclosure out. Please note this is my personal space. I will be charging for missing linens, towels, and pillows. $100.00 per pillow missing $50.00 per towel/hand towel missing $150.00 per comforter or blanket missing. There is a $50.00 lockout fee. Please do not lock the bottom lock. There is NOT a key on the property
