Welcome to your perfect vacation home in Vilano Beach! Our 3 bedroom home is 2 blocks from the ocean and offers the easiest access to historic St Augustine from a beach location. This open, spacious home offers plenty of comfort with a fenced in backyard perfect for your pet. Half a block away is a playground, dog park, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court and field with a backstop. Less than a mile to Publix and the charming Vilano Town Center. As our personal family vacation home, you experience comfort throughout including a hammock in the back to unwind after a day on the beach or exploring downtown. We've designed everything in this house considering the comforts we desire such as electric reclining leather furniture and comfortable beds. The master bedroom features a master bath with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. Each room has a ceiling fan to help stay cool in the Florida heat. The backyard is a perfect place to relax - either in the hammock or lounging in some of the patio furniture. It's the perfect place for your morning coffee or outdoor dining by the grill. We've been told this area is also our most popular "remote office space." You'll have access to the entirety of the home. We have a large driveway for parking and a nice sized deck in the fenced in backyard to relax with some privacy. We will be available if you have any issues but you are responsible for self check in / check out. Door codes will automatically activate and cancel for the duration of your stay and will be sent to you the day before the stay. Our reviews have suffered from it requiring repairs during stays.
