Pet friendly house, great garden & near the beach.

Very well located pet friendly house! Great walking.Situated a 1 mile away from two gorgeous beaches, the Jurassic coast path & halfway between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. This very relaxed atmosphere is somewhere to rest your head and relax. If you are happy with a comfortable bed without the fancy frills this is the place for you! Self catering required. However, there is a friendly pub opposite which does food and drinks. Plenty of local places to eat and drink or various takeout options. The space One Double room and one single bedroom available (single bed can extend to a double). Use of the entire house and the large garden is great too. Guest access Whoever stays has access to the whole house. Other things to note Dogs very welcome as long as they are well behaved and cleaned up after. There is a pet corner in the kitchen with a dog bowl, towels, treats, a few poo bags and toys, so it is home from home. Dogs are allowed everywhere but not on human seating areas or beds please! If they are very muddy there is a hose in the garden and there is a side door to avoid going through the house.
