10 on Taylor is in a quiet leafy location. A light filled B&B and can be a delightful solution for visitors looking for a self contained option. where furry friends are welcome. Whether you are visiting, on business or just want to kick back and relax we would love to help make your stay a pleasant, successful and memorable one. The space The space consists of lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, a double bedroom and queen bedroom. A private garden with picnic setting and umbrella that has lighting for the evening sundowner or dinner, Guest access Keys in lock box at front door, if I'm home the door will be unlocked. Please only take one set of keys out of the lock box. Leave the other set in lock box for an emergency /misplace keys. Additional set of keys will be on the dining room table for your use. On departure all keys can be left inside. Access along pathway to front door and enclosed garden via the sliding door. Please note that the screen doors are crimsafe doors and you will not need to lock them with a key from the inside. Simply slide into lock position - deadbolts. Double interleading doors are locked and there is no access to side gate on driveway side and BBQ area. Other things to note Owner on site with resident cat. Please don't let the friendly cat, Saba into your area, he will make himself at home and wont leave. Please advise if you are bringing a pet with you and whether bedding is required Water bowls outside front and back door.
