Any guest traveling with pets agree to the following Pet Agreement: 1) Guests agrees not to allow pets on beds or furniture. 2) Guests agree that they are solely responsible for their pet and agree to keep their pet under control at all times. 3) Guests agree to keep their pet restrained, but not tethered, when it is outside. 4) Guests agree not to leave their pet unattended for unreasonable periods. 5) Guests agree to clean up after their pet and to dispose of their pet's waste properly and quickly. 6) Guests agree not to leave food or water for their pet or any other animal outside where it may attract other animals. 7) Guests agree to keep their pet from being unnecessarily noisy or aggressive and causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. 8) Guests agree to notify the host and be willing to pay for any damage, loss, or expense caused by their pet. 9) Guests agree to pay for pest infestation services if needed resulting from pets allowed in the property.
