Our holiday home is located above Embrun, in a peaceful setting, with exceptional views of the lake, Serre-Ponçon, and the surrounding mountains. Located 1.5 km from the town center, shops, and the lake, in a tranquil natural environment, it's the ideal place for your family holiday in the Hautes-Alpes. The space Spread over two levels, this beautiful villa offers a large living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, three double bedrooms (each with a 140x190 bed), and one triple bedroom with three single beds (80x190). There are also two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The living room opens onto a stunning, wind-sheltered panoramic terrace — the perfect spot to enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends, overlooking the Durance Valley and Lake Serre-Ponçon. A 2000 m² garden, open to nature, surrounds the house and invites you to relax in total peace. The villa is equipped with high-speed WiFi and five televisions.
