Sunset House

Come relax in paradise at this one of a kind brand new Penthouse. Enjoy sunrise from your private balcony off of the master bedroom and sunsets over the water from your balcony off of the living room. You can also view the sunset from your private cabana and pool on the rooftop. (Rooftop pool is shared w/ another penthouse which is mostly used by the owners in the summertime and some holidays.) Your private cabana features a sink, BBQ pit, full size washer and dryer and a half bath. Max 4 adults The space This brand new third floor penthouse is one of two private penthouses built above Sunset Grill ( a well known restaurant on the island) The fourth floor there are two private cabanas (one for each penthouse) and a infinity pool overlooking the bay and Cancun There is a private entrance from your penthouse to your cabana. The cabana has a sink and BBQ pit. Sunset Grill being located just downstairs, there are two other restaurants located just steps away ( Soggy Peso and Bahia Tolok.) It is a 12 min walk to the central area of town or a 5 min golf cart ride. All areas have high speed internet. There is also a conveince store steps away. All full baths have showers only with rain shower heads. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. Min stay is 4 nights unless there is only 2-3 nights between rentals then will rent for less nights. Pool area limited to guest staying in the penthouse unless. Guest access Full access to the penthouse and pool. Other things to note This penthouse has no elevator. It is located on the third and forth floor.
