The flat is centrally-located in Seven Dials which is really convenient for The Lanes, The beach, Brighton train station and the immediate amenities of Seven Dials. There are convenience shops, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. Brighton train station is approximately 10 min walk from the flat. The space The top flat is finished to a high standard. It has an en-suite bedroom in which is a king size bed, and a mezzanine level with a double bed, which shares the En-suite bathroom. The living/dining area has a south facing Juliet balcony and the small kitchen which has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, washer dryer plus a kettle and toaster. Guest access The top floor flat has a fron door onto Granville road which is shares with the first floor flat. The staircase serves both flats which have there own locked front doors. Other things to note The apartment is very bright and light in the mornings so if you want to sleep in it may be worth bringing an eye mask.
