Just down the road from Kentucky Lake and 10 miles from Paris, this quaint little charmer is in the perfect location for fun and relaxation! Speaking of relaxing, did we mention there's an attached deck with a gas firepit? Tiny Homes are just fun places to stay in on a vacation. This home is cozy and comfortable, while having all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay. We have tried to think of everything you might need to relax, fish, read or sleep! Oh, and the king size bed is super comfortable! The living room also has a sleeper sofa. We have unlimited internet and both tv's have Amazon Fire Sticks for your enjoyment.. But, there is so much to do in the area that you probably won't spend much time in front of a TV. Check out the Land Between the Lakes, about 10 minutes down the road, and see the bison range, an 18th century working farm and stop at Patti's 1880 Settlement for lunch on the lake. If you want to boat and bring your own, there is plenty of room to park your trailer. Or you can rent a boat at Buchanan Resort Marina which is just 3 minutes away, and features some of the best fishing in the country! Kayaks can be rented there as well as 3 different kinds of pontoon boats. You will have the whole house to yourself. But available 24/7 for any concerns via phone or text We are just minutes away from the area's main attractions including, fishing, boating, hunting and golfing. Local Dollar General is close by for those items you may have forgotten and has a large grocery section. There are also several wonderful restaurants nearby. You will find many people taking a leisurely walk, riding golf carts, and riding bikes, in the friendly neighborhood. We are part of a lake community so you are not off in the wild by yourself. You will see others having a good time riding golf carts to the lake and putting boats in to haul the kids around to waterski. It's a fun place to be. Privacy can be had in the inside the home but outside, you will be part of the community that makes our area special. People come and go headed to the lake to swim and relax. We love it!
