Pittsburgh’s North Side has seen a lot of positive change in recent years, including the beautiful restoration of the historic Garden Theater, originally built in 1915. ➲ This is a lively, multicultural, mixed-income neighborhood with plenty of character and local flavor. Guests who enjoy diverse, urban areas tend to feel right at home here. ➲ This is a classic Pittsburgh row house with multiple flights of stairs. Because of the layout, the home is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. ➲ The property includes parking for one vehicle. If you’re traveling with more than one car, the nearby hospital parking garage is a convenient option (approximately $24 per day). Street parking is also available on side streets; a parking permit is required to avoid ticketing. Communication and location. Our suites are walkable to most North Side attractions and downtown Pittsburgh. Just let us know where you would like to go and we will let you know how far the walk or ride is. The cultural district, Mt. Washington and the Strip District are an UBER ride away. For us COMMUNICATION is key to a hassle free stay. Some of the buildings are not in great shape but many are being renovated. There is constant revitalization taking place.
